This bookmark design was made with two vintage illustrations from Victorian Trade cards- one of a girl in a hammock reading a book and the other a sweet scenic. Bookmarks can be wonderful little slices of delight - a message, a reminder, an affirmation to find when you visit your favorite book.

The two illustrations aren't from the same series, but they both portray the most wonderful sense of summer delight.
By the way, the French reads "Life is made of little moments of happiness."
